METAPREF

This set is delivered as a block, and permit on your construction site, or in your workshop, to mold with a high security level all kind of beams, girders and concrete prefabricated post.

The set is transportable ready for use. The molding face is made of steel of 5mm thickness. The sliding parts are installed on rolling pebbles and allow a millimeter-length adjustment of the thickness.  Some adjustable feet are integrated to correct the floor irregularities. An integrated security platform allows the employees to work with a high security level.

The standard modules are 3m to assemble together for a length of 6-9-12-...m and 1m high. Others dimensions can be made, on demands.
